Oracle Forms FMB Viewer – open .fmb files in your browser

Open an Oracle Forms .fmb file and browse its design without Forms Builder or any Oracle software installed: the Object Navigator, a canvas preview with items, prompts and images, every trigger and program unit's PL/SQL, the tables the form touches, and a Form Builder-style property palette with defaults and inheritance resolved. It also opens .mmb menu modules and .pll PL/SQL libraries, and reads frmf2xml XML and Form Builder Object List Reports for forms that were exported earlier. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server, so it's safe for proprietary applications.

Forms FMB, XML, or Object List Report

What it opens

Oracle Forms .fmb — the binary form module, read directly. No frmf2xml, no Forms Builder, no Oracle client. Works with forms saved by Forms 6i through 12c and 14c.
.mmb menu modules — menus, menu items, magic items and the PL/SQL behind each item.
.pll PL/SQL libraries — packages, procedures and functions with their source.
frmf2xml XML — the XML that frmf2xml form.fmb produces, if you already have it.
Object List Report — the text export from Form Builder's File → Administration → Object List Report.
Referenced modules — if a form subclasses objects from a template such as frm_def.fmb, load that file too and inherited properties resolve.

What you get

Object Navigator tree — blocks, items, canvases, tab pages, LOVs, record groups, triggers, program units, property classes, visual attributes, windows.
Canvas preview — items, prompts, frames, text and embedded images laid out in the form's own coordinate system (Real-Inch, Real-Point, Character), including tab canvases and multi-record blocks.
PL/SQL — every trigger and program unit, searchable across the whole form; SQL table references collected on the Tables tab.
Property palette — Form Builder's categories and defaults, with values inherited from property classes and subclassed objects shown and attributed.
Summary and printable report — object counts, PL/SQL footprint, database dependencies and cross-references.
Privacy — the file is parsed in your browser and never transmitted. Very large forms (50 MB+) may take a few seconds.
